YOGA & PILATES

With Emma McCready

With a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, I bring intelligent cueing and clear explanations to my classes. Drawing inspiration from the movements and techniques of Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrias, Myofascial Release, Strength & Conditioning and more, I create an exploratory practise that empower us in our bodies. Classes and workshops, open to all abilities, are taught online via Zoom and in Edinburgh.

Additionally, I am a Weightlifting Coach with over 10 years experience. I work with people 1-2-1 on gaining confidence in the gym.
